Mountain Biking

Bike rides are held on easy, non-single track trails appropriate for a bike trailer. The terrain and distance will be noted on the event description so please plan accordingly. The difficulty of the bike ride will be posted and the most challenging rides are up to 20 miles.

We will ride in a group for the most part and the host will coordinate for different riding styles. Little ones must be in a bike trailer or secure baby seat with harness. And don't forget everyone's helmets!

Attendance

Attendance on bike rides is limited to 10 women and your host will check you in when you get there. The host will introduce the trail and then do a bit of organizing to keep the group together and moving at a pace that everyone is comfortable with.

Cancellation Policy

Please check the schedule on the web site prior to the ride. If inclement weather requires cancellation or relocation, the web site will have this updated information. If there is rain or snow on the day of a ride, the decision will be made at the event site as to whether or not the event will be cancelled. If in doubt, go to the event site because it might be sunny there and raining at your house!

There is also a two-person minimum on our events since our hosts' time is valuable too. If this minimum is not reached, you'll get an e-mail on the day of the event so check often! If you need to cancel your registration, login to My Account and select this option next to the event you're signed up for. Please cancel as soon as possible to allow others who may be on the waiting list to attend.
